This Privacy Policy explains how Krishna Kumar, sole proprietor trading as Loov Company ("Loov Go", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use the Loov Go app and the website at loovgo.in.
We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.
Loov Go is operated by Krishna Kumar, sole proprietor, trading as Loov Company. Under the DPDP Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary responsible for the personal data described here.

Loov Go is a listing and discovery platform. We connect customers with local employers, service professionals and shops. We do not sell goods, employ workers, deliver orders, or process payments between customers and businesses.
This matters for your privacy: it means we share your contact details with the business you choose, so they can serve you. Section 05 explains exactly what and when.

When you place an order, we share your name, delivery address, mobile number and order details with the business you selected. It reaches their Loov Go panel and their registered WhatsApp number.
We do this only after you tick the consent box at checkout, and only with that business. Businesses you have not ordered from receive nothing.
Once shared, the business is responsible for how it handles your information. We require every business on Loov Go to use customer data only to fulfil that order, never for marketing or onward sharing.
When you apply for a job, we share your profile, experience, photograph, resume and mobile number with that employer. Applying is your consent. We do not share your profile with employers you have not applied to, unless you switch on "let employers find me".
These providers may only use your data to perform services for us, under contract.
We may disclose data where required by law, court order or a lawful government request, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
Delete any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account, or email help@loovgo.in from your registered address.
We remove your profile, saved addresses, resume and personal identifiers. We keep order and transaction records where legally required for tax and accounting, and anonymised data that cannot identify you.
Data already shared with a shop or employer before deletion remains with them. Contact them directly to request removal.
Encryption in transit, access controls limiting who on our team can view personal data, secure cloud infrastructure, and regular access reviews.
No system is completely secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
Loov Go is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If unsatisfied, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified in the app before they take effect. The date at the top shows the current version.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent or trade contact lists. We do not hand your details to advertisers for their own marketing. These are not aspirations — they are commitments written into this policy.
