What we are not.

These Terms govern your use of the Loov Go app and loovgo.in, operated by Krishna Kumar, sole proprietor trading as Loov Company, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India (GSTIN 33GVUPK0380N1ZX).

By creating an account or using Loov Go, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

01What Loov Go is — and is not

Loov Go is a listing and discovery platform. We help customers find local jobs, service professionals and shops, and we pass enquiries and orders to them.

Every order, booking, job offer and payment is a direct arrangement between the customer and the business. Loov Go facilitates the introduction only.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law. Businesses must hold any registrations and licences required for their trade.

03Your account

You register using your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure, and for all activity under your account.

You agree to give accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or close accounts containing false information.

04Orders from shops

• Availability, prices, weights and quality are set by the shop, not by Loov Go
• Prices shown may change; the shop confirms the final amount
• The shop delivers using its own staff or arrangements
• You pay the shop directly, in cash or by UPI, on delivery
• The shop may decline if items are unavailable or your address is outside its delivery area

Disputes about quality, quantity, price, delay or non-delivery are between you and the shop. We will help you contact them and may act against businesses that repeatedly fail customers, but we are not liable for the goods or the delivery.

05Service bookings

• Professionals on Loov Go are independent, not our employees or agents
• Rates, timings, materials and workmanship are agreed between you and them
• You pay the professional directly
• We carry out reasonable checks, but do not guarantee the quality, safety or outcome of any work

06Jobs and hiring

• Job listings are created by employers and are their responsibility
• We do not verify every salary, role or condition in a listing
• We are not a party to any employment relationship and give no guarantee of an interview or job
• No genuine employer on Loov Go will ask a job seeker for money. Report any such request immediately

07Business listings and subscriptions

Businesses listing on Loov Go agree to:

• Provide accurate business details, prices and stock information
• Hold all licences required for their trade
• Fulfil orders they accept, or cancel promptly if they cannot
• Use customer data only to fulfil that order or job, never for marketing or resale
• Not upload content they do not own the rights to
• Not list prohibited items including alcohol, tobacco, drugs, weapons, or anything restricted under Indian law

08Acceptable use

You agree not to post false or unlawful content, impersonate others, harass or discriminate, access systems you are not authorised to use, scrape or resell our data, or send spam.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these Terms, without refund where the breach is serious.

09Ratings and reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, false, or paid for. Businesses may not incentivise or pressure customers for positive reviews.

10Our content

The Loov Go name, logo, app design and platform content are owned by Loov Company. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Content you upload remains yours. By uploading it, you give us permission to display it within Loov Go and use it to promote the platform.

11Availability

We aim to keep Loov Go running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend it for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loov Company is not liable for the quality, safety, legality or delivery of goods or services provided by businesses; the conduct of any user; loss or injury arising from a transaction arranged through Loov Go; or indirect losses including lost profits.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to a business is limited to subscription fees paid in the three months before the claim, and to a customer is limited to ₹1,000.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

13Indemnity

If you are a business listing on Loov Go, you agree to indemnify Loov Company against claims arising from your goods, services, listings, staff, or misuse of customer data.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

15Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept them. Significant changes will be notified in the app.
