After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date, collected through our payment gateway partner by:
We notify you before each debit. If a payment fails we retry and notify you. If it stays unpaid, your listing is paused until settled.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. Your listing stays live until then.
We confirm every cancellation by email or WhatsApp. No confirmation within 24 hours? Contact us.
Email help@loovgo.in with your registered mobile number, business name, payment date and amount, and the reason. We respond within 3 working days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 working days. UPI refunds are usually faster.
Because Loov Go does not collect money from customers, we do not process refunds for orders or bookings.
If a business repeatedly fails customers, report it. We investigate and may remove them, though we cannot recover money paid directly to them.
Unhappy with a billing decision? Email help@loovgo.in with "Billing complaint" in the subject. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 15 working days.
